The maximum temperature inside my Tesla glovebox was 53°C. That was during a heatwave in Sydney, where the car was parked in the sun on the street all day when the outside air temperature reached 40°C and inside went to 73°C. It went to 53°C also in January 2026, during days of 43 degrees .
My car is a standard white 3 LR AWD, (no tints, coatings or wraps etc).
