Day 1 Torquay to Apollo Bay
Left Torquay Vic in my EV with 75kWh which is 100% charge in my electric vehicle after charging at the RACV Resort Chargefox fast EV chargers.
Arrived at Apollo Bay after 99km with 82% charge and plugged my electric vehicle in to one of the 2 Tesla EV Destination chargers at my accommodation to top up. The Best Western Apollo Bay, has very friendly hosts and nice place to stay. They have 2 Tesla EV destination chargers.
Day 2
Left Apollo Bay with 95% and in my EV I climbed up the range to Beech Forest in the Great Otway National Park, stopping at Triplet Falls for a walk through rainforest to the falls, then back down to Lavers Hill to rejoin the Great Ocean Road.
After 234km in my electric vehicle, arrived with 50% charge at Central Motel, Port Fairy, then topped up at their Tesla EV destination charger for 2.5 hrs to 90%
Summary
The full trip by electric vehicle along the Great Ocean Road was 333km and I used 45kWh of electricity on the trip. My Tesla EV averaged a real range of 15kWh per 111km on this Great Ocean Road trip.
